The problem with Photography

Closing in on the end of my master photographic studies, I noticed I have a problem and her name is Photography.

Imagine this: we met young at the age of 13, we quickly fell in love, we always went everywhere together and at some point it became clear we were in a relationship, the moment we married is when I started my Bachelor in photography. I guess the moment I decided to do My Master in Photographic Studies we renewed our vows in the hopes this would spark the romance again.

My method of working out my difficulties with Photography in this project is dealing with her as if she is a person instead of a medium, and like in any relationship there is a thin line between love and hate.
This perspective on the medium provided me with a new critical way of thinking about Photography, through weekly exercises, relationship therapy and research I try to find out who Photography is exactly, how to make this relationship work and find out what it means to be a good photographer along the way.

The project contained several prints, videos, a sound piece and a calendar with 365 tips on how to be a good photographer.
